Shipping

Free shipping on all US orders.

– Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
– Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.
– Once your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number.

– Preorders will begin shipping on their stated release date.

International shipping is not available. 



All sales are final

There are no refunds or exchanges.

Please check size and address before placing an order, as they cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Lost/stolen packages

Basura is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to the shipping process. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund, store credit, or replacement for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the mail carrier to file a claim using your tracking # or waybill #.
